Projiverse ("Projiverse", "we", "us") operates an academic project platform for B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, BSc and school students in India, providing project source code, documentation, AI-assisted guidance, mentor support and completion certificates.

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and college/institution details you provide at signup or via Google Sign-In.
• Payment information: order and transaction records (amount, plan, status). Card, UPI and net-banking details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway, Razorpay — we never see or store your full card or bank credentials.
• Usage data: project purchases, workspace activity (e.g. AI chat usage, document downloads, mentor call bookings), and basic device/browser information collected automatically.
• Support communications: messages you send us via email, the in-app support form, or mentor calls.

• To create and manage your account and deliver purchased project content.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To provide AI mentor responses, generate documents, and schedule human mentor calls.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts, password resets, certificate issuance).
• To improve the platform and respond to support requests.
• With your consent, to send newsletter updates about new projects, guides and platform news — you can unsubscribe at any time.

• Razorpay — payment processing and checkout.
• Google — optional Sign-In with Google and, where applicable, calendar invites for mentor calls.
• Cloud storage providers — hosting of project files, documents and generated certificates.
• Email delivery providers — sending transactional and (where subscribed) newsletter emails.

Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to provide their service to us and is bound by its own privacy terms.

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment/invoice history).

Projiverse serves school students in addition to college students. Where a user is a minor, we expect parental or institutional consent for account creation and payments, consistent with applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
