Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Projiverse (the "Platform"). By signing up, browsing, or purchasing on Projiverse, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform is intended for students (school, undergraduate and postgraduate) working on academic projects. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent, guardian or your institution has consented to your use of the Platform and any related payments.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information during signup and checkout.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Depending on the plan you purchase for a project, you receive access to some combination of: complete source code, setup instructions, architecture/design documentation, an AI chat assistant scoped to that project, viva/interview preparation material, a demo video, and — on eligible plans — human mentor support and a verified certificate of completion. Exact inclusions are shown on each project's plan comparison before you purchase.

• Projects are licensed to you for personal, academic use — including submission for your own coursework, degree requirements, and viva/interview preparation.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish purchased project code or documents as your own commercial product, nor share your access credentials with others.
• You must not use the Platform to upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or interfere with other users' access.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are processed securely via Razorpay. Access to purchased plan features is granted once payment is confirmed. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

The in-workspace AI assistant is provided to help you understand and learn from your project. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; you remain responsible for understanding and verifying any code, explanation, or document you submit as your own academic work.

All project code, documentation, branding and platform content remain the intellectual property of Projiverse and its creators, except for the limited license granted to you under Section 5.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Projiverse does not guarantee specific academic grades, evaluator approval, or job placement outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projiverse's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant project or plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including misuse of purchased content or fraudulent payment activity. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
